Mario Singh spoke at the 18th Singapore Agency Managers’ Conference, he shared on the “7 Principles of Building a Multi-million Dollars Company in the Digital Age”.
The Financial Services Managers’ Association (FSMA) is the only voluntary organisation within the Financial Services & Insurance Industry in Singapore; specially dedicated to serve the needs of all agency field leaders and managers in their pursuit of excellence and professionalism.
“Inspiring both the young and seasoned professionals in their industry is my main objective for speaking at this conference. Regardless of their experience and age, they can earn multi-million dollars in their field”, says Mario Singh.
Despite being the only non-insurance professional speaker in the panel, Mario’s principles were relatable for the audience. “Regardless of your profession and industry, the principles can be applied to build your business”, says Mario Singh.
The conference was attended by young associates, managers, and directors from various insurance brands. It was concluded with a networking session and personal engagements with the conference’s attendees.
