5. Purchase on e-Commerce Site
5.1.
The email address that you have supplied is incorrect;

Ensure that your email inbox has not exceeded its quota;

The recipient’s spam filters have blocked and/or deleted our email.
6. Pricing and Retail Quantity
6.1.
For each online order, you must pay:
6.1.1.
The applicable price for the item(s) as confirmed by us; and
6.1.2.
The shipping and postage fees quoted online.
6.2.
A deduction will be made from your credit/debit account when you confirm your order placement online.
6.3.
We only accept payments using the modes of payment available in the shopping cart section of our store. We do not provide any Cash On Delivery (COD) service and will not accept COD charges.
6.4.
Prices quoted online will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. Prices quoted online include delivery/postage charges and taxes (where applicable).
6.5.
Although we will try to ensure that all prices quoted online are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the listed price of the item you have ordered, your order will be cancelled, and you will be issued a full refund for that item. We will then contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the order cancellation.
6.6.
Strictly no refund once the order has been consumed in part or in full, or after 14 days of payment date.
7. Credit/Debit Card Payment
7.1.
If you are under 18 years of age and/or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for your order, you must obtain prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder before entering the payment details. By clicking on the “Submit” button, you are declaring that you have obtained prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder. Verification of this is not our responsibility and we will not be liable to you or any other person for any indiscrete use of credit/debit cards.

We charge all online purchases in Singapore dollars (SGD) or US Dollars (USD). If your native currency is not either, any discrepancy or additional conversion fees from credit card companies or payment gateways will not be borne by us and/or distributors.
